Description

• Performing all team assignments
• Maintaining housekeeping
• Keeping all painted equipment and areas in top aesthetic condition by continually painting and patching
• Keeping building in excellent repair by filling in cracks, holes, joints in walls, ceilings and floors with caulk, putty, plaster, concrete and/or other materials
• Maintaining integrity of areas by repairing and/or replacing items such as light bulbs, ceiling tiles, doorknobs, locks, etc.
• Repairing and/or replacing electrical and lighting problems and fixtures throughout the plant
• Repairing and/or replacing plumbing problems and fixtures throughout the plant
• Working with outside contractors
• Completing required paperwork accurately
• Relieving Equipment Lubrication Specialist or Parts Person during vacation and days off
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Demonstrate excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Demonstrate safe working habits
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Obtain license and operate forklift
• Ability to learn and perform all positions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good human relations skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team player)
• No counseling statement within the past twelve months (internal applicants)
• Willing to assist other team members in other areas
• Ability to perform steady and productive work for an extended period of time
