  • Managing the accurate and timely execution of time and payroll administration for Transportation Business Development and Transportation Operations corporate offices
  • Planning and coordinating HR/Administrative processes and corporate community efforts within the department
  • Providing clerical and administrative support for Transportation Business Development and Transportation Operations department personnel
  • Supporting the Freight Compliance Analyst and performing back-up duties for this position
  • Auditing a random sampling of unloading services purchase orders for Merchandise Payables and validating charges are accurate and
  • Resolving issues related to unloading charges and third-party vendors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current McCalla Distribution associate
  • Have an Associate’s degree in Business, Transportation or a related field or equivalent experience and
  • Have three years’ clerical experience working in Transportation
