Description
- Managing the accurate and timely execution of time and payroll administration for Transportation Business Development and Transportation Operations corporate offices
- Planning and coordinating HR/Administrative processes and corporate community efforts within the department
- Providing clerical and administrative support for Transportation Business Development and Transportation Operations department personnel
- Supporting the Freight Compliance Analyst and performing back-up duties for this position
- Auditing a random sampling of unloading services purchase orders for Merchandise Payables and validating charges are accurate and
- Resolving issues related to unloading charges and third-party vendors

Preferred Qualifications
- Current McCalla Distribution associate
- Have an Associate’s degree in Business, Transportation or a related field or equivalent experience and
- Have three years’ clerical experience working in Transportation
