Description
We are seeking a Virtual Design Coordinator to join our Facilities Design team! The Virtual Design Coordinator develops, maintains and manages the 3D model standards, processes and related data generated in Facilities Design. In addition, this position is responsible for in-house training of the selected BIM Design software across Facilities Design.

Responsibilities include:
- Creating, documenting, implementing, and enforcing Publix Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards and workflow processes
- Creating, documenting, implementing BIM software training including training materials/curriculum
- Providing BIM software support to identify and implement software solutions that enhance the BIM program
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or its equivalent with two years drafting instruction and 8 years of work-related experience in the design field OR
- Two-year post high school certificate in design related discipline or Technical/Trade school and 4 years of work-related experience in the design field OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in related design field and 2 years of experience in the design field
- Revit Architecture Certified Professional or willing to obtain certification within two years of hire
- Knowledge of Architectural Design, Building Codes, and ADA requirements
- Knowledge of all software included in the AutoDesk Design Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture or Engineering related field
- 4 years of experience in a design related field
